Hey! I’m Danny
I am a fitness coach and I help athletes become more resilient and avoid injury by teaching them to move better.
I’ve spent over 10 years learning about functional strength, functional mobility, and fitness for my own athletic career, and I want to use what I’ve learned to help you optimize your athletic performance!

How I got here
It all started with some pain. As an athlete in college, I suffered from aches and pains almost constantly. I had neck pain, shin splints and any other random aches and pains you can imagine! I first became interested in health and fitness because I wanted to learn more about how to make my body move better and feel better. Forget optimizing my performance on the field, I just wanted to be a functional human again! It was at this point in my life that I discovered Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), and my understanding of human movement was greatly expanded. FRC is a functional mobility system designed to get people’s joints to work more like joints. I went to several FRC seminars, obtaining certifications as a FRCms, FRAs, and a Kinstretch Instructor. All of these certifications started me on a long journey of learning about biomechanics of the human body. More recently, I have taken online courses, and the David Grey Rehab Lower Limb Biomechanics, Rehabilitation and Performance Live 2-day workshop. I have spent thousands of dollars to learn from the best of the best! Learning more about how the body is designed to move has helped me and my clients move better, feel better, and live better. Using the concepts that I have learned has helped me reinvigorate my training and I am now bringing that to clients everywhere!
My programming philosophy
Through the process of natural selection, human beings evolved to walk upright on two legs, and as a result, our bodies are created to move in ways that make the gait cycle possible. All of our joints and muscles are set up in a way to allow us to walk and run standing on two legs. We can take this idea and apply it to our training. I believe that we can move better by making sure our joints are doing what they were originally designed for.
Assess- Don’t Guess!
I don’t believe in cookie cutter programs because there is no one-size-fits all solution when it comes to something as complex as the human body! That’s why for every client I work with, we start off with a personalized movement assessment to determine your movement deficiencies.
